Products and Purity
How do I know your honey is pure?
It comes from trusted local farmers and is only strained before it goes in the jar. We do not add sugar, syrup, colour or preservatives.
Is anything added to your desi ghee?
No. Our desi ghee is 100% natural with no additives, colours or preservatives.
Why does this jar look different from my last one?
Raw honey changes a little from batch to batch, in colour, thickness and taste. That is normal for honey that has not been blended.
My honey has gone thick and grainy. Is that normal?
Yes. Raw honey can set in cool weather. Stand the closed jar in warm water for a few minutes and stir.
How should I store honey and ghee?
Keep both at room temperature with the lid closed, away from sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon.
Are the care products safe for sensitive skin?
Try a small amount on your inner arm first and wait a day. If you have a skin condition, check with your doctor before use.
Orders and Payment
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account only saves your address and order history.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, all over Pakistan. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send us the product, size, quantity and your full address, and we will confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as you can. If it has not been handed to the courier yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
Do you take gift or bulk orders?
Yes. For Eid, weddings or office gifts, tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can arrange.
Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 4,000, anywhere in Pakistan. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city. Remote areas can take a little longer.
How is my order packed?
Every jar is sealed and wrapped before it goes in the box, so it travels safely.
How can I check where my order is?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will tell you where it is.
Returns and Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Take a photo of the parcel and the item, then message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will make it right.
